I offer counseling services for adult individuals and couples on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. My rate is $120 per clinical hour. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. A reduced fee rate is available to a limited number of clients who qualify.

Who am I as a therapist?
I am not a passive therapist. My goal is to shift something inside of you that allows you to make lasting changes in your life. I work with intention and specific therapeutic modalities, removing blocks and allowing you to become your best self. You will experience a sense of freedom and lightness when these blocks are removed, and you will understand who you are at your core in a way that you haven't before.
I work with couples in all stages of their relationship - from premarital counseling, to improving communication and connection in marriage, to couples in crisis. I use an emotionally focused (EFT) approach to help couples uncover underlying emotions and more easily identify their needs. I use an attachment-focused approach with individual clients, and I am trained in the use of EMDR, an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma - including recent trauma, childhood trauma, and relational trauma, as well as useful in treating other areas, such as depression, anxiety, and feelings of being stuck. While EMDR is commonly used to address big traumas, it is also extremely effective for people who simply feel stuck, lost, sad, or confused about where they are in life. I also use a combination of mindfulness and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to address anxiety, fear, racing thoughts, and negative thought patterns that interfere with life in many ways. This treatment approach gives you tools to use at home between sessions to reduce stress and anxiety. With practice, you are able to become more in control of your thoughts, which directly affect your mood, energy levels, health and overall outlook in life. This approach is very empowering because it allows you to create an awareness of your thought patterns and puts you in control of yourself, rather than allowing your circumstances to determine your happiness (or relying on long-term therapy to relieve stress).
