As a therapist and coach I take a more personable stance, a less clinical and more genuinely curious approach to understanding each individual client. The foundation of my training is in Systems Theory, which simply means that as we work together, we will explore your family and personal relationships, behavioral patterns, and life choices to help create balance and healing. I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for addressing trauma in individual adults.

A majority of my counseling and life coaching sessions are conducted over an online video platform. Studies have shown telehealth to be just as effective as traditional in-person therapy, and it's often much more convenient and accessible than in-person sessions.
