I am an Approved AAMFT Supervisor and offer individual supervision for those seeking hours for MFT Licensure, as well as Master's Level students working toward their counseling degree. My fee is $60 per dyad hour. Supervision sessions will be online only. Please email to inquire about availability.

I'm also currently offering an online group supervision option for every first Friday of the month from 8am - 11am CST. This will count as 4 supervision hours, and the cost is $35 per supervision hour. If you're interested in attending, please email to confirm attendance.

Supervision is my passion, and I believe that it is a collaborative process where supervisees can grow as therapists, learn new techniques, consult on cases, and process person of the therapist issues. I am trained in Levels 1 & 2 EMDR, as well as extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT and EFIT). These skills allow me to guide new therapists with an attachment approach and the ability to address a spectrum of trauma issues. I also use CBT/DBT combined with Mindfulness as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to give supervisees more tangible tools to offer clients.

“Having Carrie as my supervisor both challenged me and put me at ease. Her knowledge of best clinical practices and ethics is so very well balanced with her ability to also see even us therapists as humans who need tending to in this profession of caring for others well.”

"Supervision with Carrie has been such a benefit to my professional and clinical development. She is very attuned to me as a person, always mindful of the self of therapist, and also stays completely aware of ethical and legal obligations or concerns. It is very easy to feel safe with her, safe to share insecurities and wins. I leave every supervision session with a plan of action for the cases I staff. She is knowledgeable and full of theory based, practical approaches. Carrie has challenged me to be a better therapist and has also bolstered my confidence by celebrating areas of strength. I’ve recommended her to several others!"
