My practice is based in Franklin, TN, but all sessions are conducted via a secure connection online.

Sessions are conducted through a secure video platform. At the time of your appointment, you’ll simply click the session link from a private, quiet space. Online therapy allows you to access the same depth of work as in-person sessions while offering greater flexibility and privacy in the comfort of your own space.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement depending on your plan. Working outside of insurance allows for greater flexibility and privacy in our work together.

My fee is $225 per 50-minute session. I also offer prorated 90-minute and 120-minute sessions. I work fast and intentionally, and if you are ready to dive in and “do the work,” it will be an incredibly rewarding experience with an amazing return on your investment.
I intentionally maintain a limited caseload so I can offer thoughtful, focused care. I also engage in ongoing training, supervision, and consultation to continue refining my skills to add value for my clients.

The first session is a chance for us to begin understanding what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping will change. We’ll explore your current concerns, the patterns you’ve been noticing, and begin getting curious about your goals and what you actually want to experience in your life. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we start the process together.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes and are typically scheduled weekly (or a minimum of bi-weekly) especially at the beginning of therapy. I also offer prorated 90-minute and 120-minute sessions when longer sessions feel beneficial. We can discuss what cadence feels best during our first appointment.

The No Surprises Act requires healthcare providers to give clients who are paying privately an estimate of the expected cost of services. This estimate, called a Good Faith Estimate, helps you understand the potential cost of therapy before beginning treatment. You can request this document at any time.
